SHS 2008-09 REGISTRATION DATES
July 13, 2008
Signal Hill School District #181 will hold registration in the main office:
Thursday, July 31 from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Wednesday, August 6 from 8 AM to 7 PM
Tuesday, August 12 from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Please note: Late registration will be held from 1 pm to 3 pm on Tuesday, August 19. Students may not attend school until they are registered.
New students must provide a certified copy of their birth certificate, social security number, proof of custody, and Illinois student transfer form. all students must reside within district boundaries, therefore, all parents/guardians must provide three approved proofs of residency. Parents should be prepared to give emergency phone numbers as well as physician contact information. Free and reduced lunch applications can be completed at registration which require income information and TANF number, if applicable. Children enrolling in Kindergarten must be five years old on or before September 1, 2008. Educational fees will be collected at registration. For more information, call 397-0325.

your Spirit Wear iron-on transfer.
Large transfers are 50 cents, and small transfers are 25
cents.
